Magic. Mostly everyone wants to posses the craft of magic. Being a wizard. A sorcerer. A witch.
The enchantment begins when being a child: "Wow, if I could do that, then...". The secret? Years of demanding training, patience, an open mind and a lot of fantasy. That is the real craft, that makes the real wonder.
 

Igor Moll, alias The Mollianus, had that same experience. But, he was not in the opportunity to start at a young age. When he started he had already  kids of his own and was a successful manager. The combination of raising kids and dealing with people professionally (and of course his ongoing curiousity) evolved in a new approach to leadership / management and how to organise. One of the central key items in this approach was the effect of humour and joy. So, on the age of 27 he started to learn himself magic. Magic which would provide him with the touch of bringing in the wonder at his own kids as well other people: "Wow, how did that go??"

The Mollianus is nowadays still exercising, every day learning new things, but also with a trust that he who takes the patience to train will skilfully master everything.
